Too bad. Vehicle sharing is a wonderful way to reduce greenhouse gasses and thereby save the planet.
Luckily, driving business out of St. Paul will not reduce revenue which, of course, is the most important thing.

If the City Founders were market-savvy (they’re not), they would open another college along Snelling Avenue and impose a “scholar tax” on all professors with pensions.
