Shot In The Dark started on February 5, 2002.  I – Mitch Berg, hi, howyadoing? – started it as an outlet for my screechy inner pundit.  It has evolved over the years into an outlet for navel-gazing, spleen-venting, nostalgia-pimping, and Mitch’s inner pundit.

Shot In The Dark is a member of the Northern Alliance Of Blogs, part of the True North collaborative, a charter member of the Minnesota Organization of Blogs, the Association of North Dakota Expatbloggers, and probably some other blog groups I haven’t thought of yet.

In July of 2008, Johnny Roosh joined the blog as Associate Executive Editor, West Metro Bureau Chief and Automotive Editor.

In August of 2009 “Bogus” Doug Williams joined as Executive Associate Editor, Hollywood Bureau Chief and Food Editor.
