The Problem Is Families

Dunking on the MNDFL’s social media intern isn’t “punching down”.  It’s “squishing something with my foot”. 

But this one tells us a lot about the DFL. 

The intern is looking at something in the GOP platform:

Forget for a moment that they deflected from the GOP’s correct assertion that the DFL calls post-partum care “anti-abortion” – the crisis pregnancy center may be as noir of a béte to the MNDFL as Trump himself.

But look at the bit the intern highlighted:   it’ll show you how depraved the DFL is. The highlighted bit in the GOP platform asserts that *fathers should have rights* as well as obligations”.  

The DFL’s position is that not just the fetus, but the father, is just a clump of cells.  

Every time I think I hate the DFL enough, I find out I’m not even close.

    It is an interesting question: if women can unilaterally force men to become fathers (refuse an abortion), can men unilaterally force women to become mothers?

    If not, why not? The trauma of giving birth? But that is a Good Thing in the first scenario so why is it a Bad Thing in the second?

    Equal rights, gals. Works both ways, right?

    Bigman, I saw a video a couple days ago, one of those “ask a random pedestrian a surprise question” types. A college aged woman asked 2 college aged women:

    1) “A woman should have the ability to get an abortion, no questions asked, if she doesn’t want to become a mother, correct?”

    2) “Absolutely!”

    1) “What if the father doesn’t want to become a father? Shouldn’t he be able to step away from child support?”

    2) *horrified looks* “No way!”

    1) “Isn’t that hypocritical? The mother has the right to not be a mother if she doesn’t want to be a mother, but the father is forced to be a father even if he doesn’t want to be a father?”

    2) *blank stares*

    Lol…I’ve been telling you that for 20 years.

    I am never wrong. Many know this, but will never admit it.

    In the coming weeks, remember lads, who it was that said two years ago that the Uke war would end after massive Uke casualties, with Russia keeping the Donbas and Crimea, while paying to rebuild some infrastructure as reparations.
    Also, Ukraine would never be in NATO.

    Boo, if all the Ukraine War accomplished was to expose the secret bioweapons labs, end the money laundering conduit, open America’s eyes to the dismal state of our military supplies, and secure future access to rare earths at below market rates, it will have been worth all the dead Ukes and Russians.

    Thanks to that fiasco, Trump now has a free hand to tell NATO we are done, they are on their own. And that would be the best benefit of all.

    Bigman, Zelensky balked at the rare Earth mineral deal (which the US badly needs), claiming it didn’t serve the best interests of his country. He’s a Ukrainian First Nationalist.

    Imagine the gall!

    He will get his chance to sit at the table when it’s time to sign, and if he and NATO don’t like it, they can pick up where we drop it off.

    We are not going to facilitate the death of any more Ukrainian soldiers…at least not until Trump is done facilitating the Israeli genocide, and who knows when that will end.
