1. She is one of the more useless and racist swamp creatures. Just shows that among freedom loving Texans, there is a large group of morons, primarily in Houston and Austin, that are brain dead.

2. This is why they never want to retire. It’s a job that brings power and privilege that’s quite addicting.

4. She’s pissed because her appearance at a fund raiser isn’t scheduled. Getting dat cash is important work to an 80IQ nitwit.

   She’s speaking like a pimp speaks to his hoes.

5. When a manager berates subordinates like that, Deming’s old proverb “Your system is perfectly designed to give you exactly the results you’re getting” comes to mind. It speaks more to the manager than to the subordinates, IMO.

   On the lighter side, it was funny when Eddie Murphy talked like that back in the 1980s….somebody needs to tell her that she needs to find a new schtick.

6. Roll-call vote is over. 26 House Republicans said they would vote for someone else besides Tom Emmer for speaker on the floor. A gigantic pool of no’s. House GOP snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Well done guys… What a goat rodeo…..

   Anybody know when the next vote in the House is?

7. Emery , what in the the threadjackery universe does the vote for speaker have to do with the subject of Shelia Jackson Lee’s candid vulagrity ?

8. The longer the GOP can stall electing a Speaker, the closer to a government shutdown we get, the more desperate the powers will become.

   Expect to see GOP members arrested for ‘impeding a Congressional proceeding’ or somesuch nonsense, the easier for Democrats and RINOs to install a puppet speaker. We’ll call him “Charlie” after the Edgar Bergman’s famous partner.

9. It is surreal that the negative point against Tom Emmer is that he voted to certify Joe Biden as president. This was made against the “live” backdrop of three of Trump’s campaign attorneys admitting that they engaged in creating fake evidence to stop the certification of Biden. In other words, the Republican lawmakers are penalizing Emmer because he chose to disregard the made-up evidence for which these lawyers are now admitting their criminal involvement.
