  1. Maybe the Biden administration has restricted exports of monoclonal antibodies to Japan as well as red states.

    Another nice conspiracy theory could be formed from asserting that we have literally no proof that those people “telling us to worry about the Kung flu who don’t act worried about the Kung flu” are themselves vaccinated. From Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama on down to our E-collective, how do we know if they’ve been vaccinated?

    And this is why it is (becoming more) difficult to acquire prophylactic measures: it’s is reserve for them.

  2. Funny how there are several OTC medicines that are prescribed for dogs. As I understand it, most of the heartburn remedies fall into this category.

    I would also like to issue my biggest ROTFL to the media droogs that spun up the story of potential violent protests in the District of Crooks this weekend. The number of media types, police and other law enforcement types, far outnumbered the protesters. The authorities did surround one armed man, who turned out to be an undercover LEO, posing as a protester.

    People who didn’t want to get injected with a one year old vaccine are running to get injected with a brand new, year-old monoclonal antibody treatment. The monoclonal antibody was developed in 2020 and it is a humanized mice antibody and is approved under an emergency use authorization. The Pfizer vaccine is fully approved by the FDA.

  5. As I demonstrated in an earlier post, FDA approval is not a medical decision, it is a political decision.

    I cannot find the Pfizer vaccine which was approved (Comirnaty) available in Minnesota. The available vaccines are the emergency use versions which have not been approved. If you know otherwise, please post a link.

    As between various emergency use treatments, why prefer the ‘vaccine’ over the antibodies?

  7. To the guy who says he will take monoclonal antibodies but not the vaccine because it’s too new: when, exactly do you think the monoclonal antibody treatment for Covid was developed?

    I find it hilarious that individuals who have refused the vaccine are more than willing to take monoclonals which are far less studied than the vaccines. Based on published data they have an absolute reduction mortality by about 1-2% and need for hospitalization by about 6-7% when compared to placebo. That is, you need to treat 50-100 people to prevent one death.

    Well, except perhaps for one little thing: Monoclonal antibodies actually weaken the immune system — that’s how they work — and leave those who take them susceptible to certain other infections/conditions that can be life-threatening. These occur in far — by orders of magnitude — higher percentages than we see for adverse reactions to the COVID vaccines. It’s just nutty.

The same for when the EUAs are lifted and the vaccine is mandated for public school age kids, there isn’t gonna be a wave of home schoolers. Anyone who has helped their children finish homework will tell you that.
