Why is Wisconsin’s Mask Order subject to federal law and the US Constitution, when Governor Walz’s is not?

   Went to local low cost department store to buy some 2/dollar birthday cards for relatives. Waited behind mask wearing elderly female who handled dozens of cards, reading each one. Yep, the mask mandate is really effective.

   I’ve seen similar signs on the doors of businesses in Chisago & Washington counties in MN.
