That sounds excessively confrontational. The way it is here, if the police ever take your firearm, even wrongly, it takes a lawyer to get it back. The cops aren’t in the business of giving civilians weapons.
Around 3:00 p.m., the Court Administrator sent a notice to all courthouse staff and judges telling them the mob that looted the Midway Target store was marching toward the Capitol so everyone should evacuate.
Why? There’s no 50 inch flat screens in the courthouse.

Swiftee, even if all that is true (I’m not saying that it isn’t, I just haven’t heard it) that in no way justifies the cops action of putting his knee on his neck when he was subdued.

this is why for the most part I haven’t commented on the death because we only have one small picture of what happened. In a way this reminds me of the Duke Lacrosse rape case from over a decade ago. I’m waiting for the trial. I’m just saying that it doesn’t look good.
