A law against civic decency (spitting on the sidewalk) is Racissssst?
(This law certainly was never enforced at Target Field)

Sure, until the HOA comes after you to figure out who did it. They’re doing coffee luggies now, and even doggie doo-doo.

Y’know, if you apply the same standards to other crimes, like property crimes and robbery, you find out those laws are racist as well.
