Action Creates Reaction
By Mitch Berg
So, yesterday the DFL told us that “People like getting “free” stuff”.
Er, wait. Sorry.
It wasn’t technically the DFL. It was the “Minnesota Reformer”, aka “MInnesota Independent v 2.0“.
Anyway, there was a poll:
What an odd little thing to report on. People like “free” stuff? Stop the proverbial presses.
And on a Tuesday, just before the session, in an election year.
Wonder why?
Aaaaaah.
Makes perfect sense now.

Stalin was known to be popular with children too – not so much the parents of those children tho’.

It’s encouraging that even 30% of the electorate knows the harm that “free stuff” can do. I think if you elaborated a bit–by providing free lunch (and often breakfast), you’re short-circuiting the process by which parents mature, and by which children recognize maturity–I think you’d get that number up a bit.

This is the result of too many children reading about gay sex and not enough reading about lunar rebellion.
Is mine the last generation who knows what TANSTAAFL means?

I would love to somehow allocate the costs of these fiscal follies to all registered DemoCommies, via big tax increases. Imagine the fun we would have watching the peons show up at the capitol with torches and pitchforks.

Another batch of indictments in the Feeding Our Future case
I’m frankly surprised this is even occurring. People in gov’t still take their jobs seriously enough to actually uphold the law? The DFL needs to exercise their trifecta and squash this ridiculousness immediately, if not sooner.
