Wow–today’s conservatives sure are a litigious bunch. For Moore’s unauthorized posting of one photo, what would be a reasonable settlement, Mitch? I’ve found my photos posted on others’ sites, and I’ve just reminded people to–at the very least–credit me for the photo and link to my website. But now you’re suggesting I ought to sue? Seems a bit hypersensitive, no? Or I am I just being a gruff, emotionless leftist?

I know that if I find somebody using the picture of the Dirty Mushroom for profit without my consent, I’ll be issuing a strongly-worded missive instructing them to take it down, or I’ll send an UPDATED Dirty Mushroom picture.

I think it also has to do with the political intent. Moore misrepresented the event to try to make America look bad.
