8th amendment covers US subjects and citizens. Those in the USA illegally have 0 (zero) rights other then be deported and dumped anywhere in the world who will take them. What happens to these illegals after they are off the US soil, never to return, is none of US concern. Of course, ACLU had long jumped the shark and US law and constitution means nothing to them. Only TDS and USDS matters.
