The moral of the story? I think there are two:
First: Sikhs people with a millennia of warrior tradition. I don’t know if “adept at smashing things“ is a genetic trait, but if it is, it runs in that particular ethnic bloodline.
Second: when people know they can’t count on law enforcement to enforce order, they will enforce it themselves. That enforcement will frequently be very ugly.
Third: I love a happy ending. This is a happy ending.

The guy behind the counter appears to be (and sounds like) a black man. I’m sure that even Mary would pass on this one. I mean, those Sikh men are just poor asylum seekers, looking for a better life.

As Instapundit said, law enforcement exists to protect the criminals from normies. As more and better beat downs happen in the future with the evident lack of law enforcement, the best ones will be the ones that aren’t publicized or even filmed.

No normal people were harmed in the video. Note that the blows did not fall on the perps head for the most part. Painful but not life threatening.

I’m glad that the perp got that, but legally speaking, the doctrine of provocation has fallen on hard times. That noted, if the employees are brought to trial, the prosecution does NOT want me on the jury.
And Golfdoc, I dare say that if they’d hit his head, there wasn’t much to damage….

This was NYC. 9/10 the dot boys get a year in Rikers, and the shoplifter gets the keys to the store. The cameraman was right “Ain’t nuffin you can do”
Also, I love it when blacks say “dey got insurance”. See blacks don’t insure shit, so they don’t realize the cost gets passed on.
Same thing with the cost of visiting the ER to get their gunshot wounds stitched up…they don’t pay shit, and never will.
It’s just the cost of vibrant diversity.

The cameraman didn’t like the store guys fighting back at first, went against his criminal instinct, but then the beating appealed to his more powerful savage instincts and he allowed himself to enjoy it.

Guy who took the perp down looks like a powerlifter, and another video of this I saw indicates that the perp was trying to hint that he was armed by grabbing at his waistband. Looks like the powerlifter figured out that the perp was bluffing.
And I’m not quite sure, given the apparent size and strength mismatch between the guy who took the perp down and the perp, whether it hurt him more to be taken down, or to be beaten.
One other note is that it’s interesting is that it appears that the perp’s goal was to get a lot of tobacco. So more or less, the exorbitant taxes on tobacco serve to create a horrendous black market for the same. Great performance by government all around.
