By upping the ante on the gorilla’s battle:
I invoked the Invasion Clauses of the U.S. & Texas Constitutions to fully authorize Texas to take unprecedented measures to defend our state against an invasion.

Mitch, Abbot is a squish. But I guess you would not know that living in the blinkered world of “vote harder” territory. Instead of sending busloads to blue states, he should have been deporting aliens – he DOES have that authority but is not exercising it, choosing instead to play footsie. If he had started deportations that would have expedited the standoff with federal authorities that much faster. Abbott could have been doing this for the past 2 years, instead he focused on destroying small businesses with Wuhan Flu restrictions. NOW, that GOP may get the house he became brave. Newsflash – if he expects support from GOP in the house, he is in for a rude awakening. So no, Abbott is NOT a serious candidate. Better then Beto? Yes, but then anyone and everyone is.

Big, I posted rationalle a couple months back, when first buses were headed north. It had to do with vague ruling in one of the Supreme Court cases as I recall. Now, I cannot find that link since it is being suppressed for obvious reasons. Invoking sovereign authority reserved under Article I, Section 10, Clause 3, and empower Texas sheriffs to arrest, detain, and deport those illegal aliens who are not lawfully within the United States., ie “invasion clause” was second alternative. Using SCOTUS ruling would have very quickly escalated the matter to the Supreme Court, not that liars, cheats and degenerates in the white house care what SCOTUS says.

I’m 100% in favor of Texas sending the invaders straight back across the border, whether there is a legal foundation or not.
All politics today is winning via fait accompli.
Send those people back; by force if necessary. Erect a fence, post armed Texas Rangers to guard it and make the reprobates (via their black clad federal army and their corrupt judges) act as active accomplices in re-starting the invasion.
There has to be a bridge too far, even for Normie’s. Maybe a shootout between state law enforcement and FBI wet work teams would get them off the couch.
