Don’t Forget

By Mitch Berg

It’s about six weeks until the election. And with polls showing Governor Klink seven points up on Scott Jensen, it’s time to remind minnesotans, with their famously short attention span‘s, about what this last couple of years have been like.

The Twin Cities media desperately wants to memoryhole this episode:

Governor Klink created a three class society:

  • “Essential“ workers – people whose stores and businesses had to be kept open at all costs; grocery stores, gas stations, pretty much any big box store, and the worlds largest candy store, in Jordan, which just happens to be owned by a big DFL campaign donor.
  • “Nonessential“ workers – people who worked at frivolous hustles like oncology clinics, cardiologists, and all manner of surgeons.
  • “The Laptop Class“ – everyone who could work at home, including most government union employees. and pretty much any big box store

But then, his administration added injury to insult. while you couldn’t visit your family in hospitals or nursing homes, or whole funerals if they passed, somehow the Klink administration made a “scientific“ exception for demonstrations and riots – which, according to the “party of science“, were actually good for health, since science.

The Twin Cities media is going to go out of its way not to remind you of any of this, or of the prosecutions of business that, desperate to stay solvent, defied the ham fisted and unscientific emergency orders.

Don’t let this go down the memory hole.

This reminder will affect zero voters.

The “hypnotized” either don’t care or don’t disapprove of Gov Wally’s actions – they’re still around now, driving alone in their cars with masks, looking to get boosted, etc…

The “true believers” totally approve of Wally’s actions. If only because it was such a “dangerous” virus which required a total restructuring of society. To create something of which Lenin might approve. But also as a means to “remove” Republicans from political life.

Anybody else already knows about Comrade Wally and was already going to vote against him anyway. And/or has resigned themselves to waiting for things to get a lot worse before they get better (we’re deep in the “weak men create hard times” phase).

  2. Blade Nzimande Says:

Being the detailed exposer of reprobates that I am, we’re remiss in failing to observe that while AKlo (aka Sally Comb) has her maskie pulled down, the Negress behind her is practicing black privilege by not even pretending to have one on.

  3. Greg Says:

It is a proven fact that the Saint George Floyd riots and funeral were NOT Covid mass spreader events…

…unlike the biker rally in Sturgis.

  4. Emery Says:

Someone should tell Jensen that threatening to jail political opponents (Ellison) and replace boards because they are investigating him is definitely not healing. Jensen also campaigned on auditing the 2020 election in MN. Trump-style victimhood and petty revenge is the Republican platform across the country.

  5. jdm Says:

^ How many times does the Board of Medical Practice get to investigate a doctor in a period of 2 years before it’s considered harassment? It’s five at present.

I’m sure you have a link to that threat “to jail political opponents (Ellison)”?

  6. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

Well, if you want a governor who will ignore the constitution & lock you in your home, and If you think that a woman can get a man pregnant, and if you believe in judging a person on the color of their skin rather than the content of their character, Walz is your guy.

  7. Emery Says:

Scott Jensen suggests jail time for Secretary of State Simon in speech to GOP voters

    Simon not Ellison.

I was done with the Jensen/Birk dynamic duo when Jensen said he had a plan for worldwide inflation for just here in River City and Birk went down the weird social media cesspool about Walz’s secret lake homes in South Dakota.

But here is the big kahuna. Jensen was asked in March if the election was stolen from Trump. His response “I have no way of knowing that”. OK outside of any evidence anywhere that points any fraud in the actual results and the fact the Trump-appointed US Attorney General said there was no fraud and resigned in protest to the Big Lie. What are we looking for to know who won the election?

I guess if you can’t figure out who actually won the election based on the facts presented, I have a tough time thinking the dynamic duo will be reaching other logical decisions based on the facts presented. It would be nice if the GOP would give us some candidates that we can at least consider.

  8. jdm Says:

So, harassment it is and Simon not Ellison. No mention from that Red Star article that details Jensen’s problems with Simon. And then off into the weeds ranting about this, that, and the other. I like the part about pretending that a GOP governor candidate would ever be of interest.

  9. TKS Says:

“I have no way of knowing that”

    Apparently honest answers are bad.

  10. Emery Says:

Scott Jensen’s comments always seem to fire up his base. However, it would be nice to hear one intelligent comment from him about his vision for a better Minnesota. Jailing Steve Simon is not one.

There is a reason MN often leads the nation in election turn out. We have an engaged and informed electorate. This kind of crap from Jensen wouldn’t fly with voters in the past, I hope that is still the case.

  11. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

    None of that matters, Emery.
Walz believes that women can impregnate men. That is far, far loonier than anything Jensen has said. Walz is chief engineer on the Krazy Town express.
The amount of damage done by the Walz lockdown to Minnesota’s economy, its school children, and its workers is incalculable.
Eighty-one percent of MN covid deaths have been in state licensed care facilities.
Eighty-one percent. That is all on Walz.

  12. Emery Says:

Jensen’s comments suggest grievances over mask and vaccine mandates will be a big motivator for Republicans in the fall elections. Maybe, but I doubt it for two reasons. First, it feels like most people have put the pandemic behind them. Second, it’s hard for Jensen to criticize Walz as an enabler of big government when he represents a party that is dedicated nationally to using the power of big government to make and enforce decisions concerning pregnancies.

Jensen is a fringe candidate who has no integrity. He recently flip-flopped on the abortion issue to appear more moderate. I would actually have more respect for him if he stuck to his original position.

  13. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

They want you to forget how badly Walz screwed up Minnesota’s response to covid:
    https://agsjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/jgs.16669
Any person who had common sense and was willing to do a little research could do a better job than Walz and his unelected “public health officials.”

  14. Blade Nzimande Says:

I guess if you can’t figure out who actually won the election, [killed the black drug addict; killed Nicole Brown; planted a bomb at the ’96 Olympics; shot Kennedy; killed Jeanette and Harvey Crewe; ] based on the facts presented…

lol…keep going, nitwit. You’re on fire.

  15. Blade Nzimande Says:

First, it feels like most people have put the pandemic behind them.

Thankfully, we’ve got public schools, daily Covid counts in every major newspaper and 85IQ nitwits still wearing their maskies in their car to remind them.

Anyone know what Walz is using his $4 million refrigerated morgue for these days?

  16. Blade Nzimande Says:

There is a reason MN often leads the nation in election turn out. We have an engaged and informed electorate no excuse mail in balloting, and 1/3 of the population starting their morning off getting baked.

    FTFY nitwit.

  17. bosshoss429 Says:

    That’s right, bot boy.
Only DemoCommies can flip flop in your book, dipshit!

The “refrigerated morgue” was actually refrigerated produce warehouse that hadn’t operated in years, and Walz did not even check to see if it was functional before throwing the tax payers’ dollars down that hole.

  20. Blade Nzimande Says:

Maybe Walz can turn it into a Summertime skating rink for at risk, urban youths, UMMP. Keep them away from the state fair and that amusement park down in Eden Prairie.

  21. Blade Nzimande Says:

BH, I was surprised by that poll. You’d have thought crazed infanticide cultists would have voted twice to get those numbers up.

As it stands, reprobates loving them some baby ripping, and GOP deploring it seems to have little chance of swaying the vote. The reprobates are gonna have to count on finding absentee, mail in ballots in car trunks, as usual.

  22. Comfortably Smug Says:

Jensen rides with the Trump clown car posse.
It’s interesting — the MN GOP quit winning state-wide races when they quit putting moderates on the ballot.

  23. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

So it’s “moderate” now to practice racial discrimination and believe that women can get men pregnant?

  24. jdm Says:

Oooh, there it is. Enough with the cryptic comments. SitD’s got a GOPe troll. That should liven things up some.

  25. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

Here is Walz’s plan to hand out jobs and other bennies based on race:
    https://mn.gov/governor/administration/inclusionequity/
It’s about as centrist as the KKK.

Walz’s teacher licensing board demands that teachers’ pedagogy include Critical Race Theory: https://www.americanexperiment.org/action-alert-gov-walz-appointed-board-wants-teachers-to-demonstrate-divisive-concepts-to-obtain-license/
    Doesn’t sound moderate to me.

  27. Mr. D Says:

Nope. “Comfortably Smug” was once known as Emery Incognito, so it’s a troll’s sock puppet.

  28. jdm Says:

    ^ Aww.

  29. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

Walz has a habit of using executive orders when he doesn’t want to work with the democratically elected legislature. His exec order 21-25 bans so-called “conversion therapy,” thus inserting (har!) the state of Minnesota — specifically Tim Walz — between a Minnesotan and his or her doctor. So you have hypocrisy mixed up there with, again, an extreme position.

  30. bosshoss429 Says:

    UMMP;
Commandant Klink learned that trick from Pedo Pete. You know. The guy that said “a president can’t use a bunch of executive orders, because then he’d be a dictator.” He’s also the one that said “I won’t blame others for my mistakes like the current president does”. Then, it was Putin’s gas price hike, but he took credit when the gas prices went down. More than one person trolled him by asking him; “Isn’t this Putin’s price drop then?”

  31. Mitch Berg Says:

the MN GOP quit winning state-wide races when they quit putting moderates on the ballot.

Tim Pawlenty was conservative, by ’90s MNGOP standards, when he was elected; Goldwater’s proverbial “most conservative candidate who could win”.

Not sure how Jeff Johnson was any sort of extremist.

  32. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

    All politicians say idiotic things.
A year ago, when month to month inflation looked horrible, Biden said “this is just transitory!”
Now when month to month inflation is low (because producers and consumers anticipate a recession), Biden says (paraphrasing here) “but the month to month inflation is low!”
Yellen should have been out the door months ago. It was Yellen who told Biden that inflation was transitory a year ago. It was her ONE F*CKING JOB and she blew it.

  33. Ultra Maga Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

I don’t know what will happen on November 8. But if the GOP takes the house and senate there will be a night of long knives on the Democrat side.

  34. Blade Nzimande Says:

“Jensen rides with the Trump clown car posse.
    It’s interesting ”

    😄🤡🤡🤡

Be a shame if that clown car rolls right over the degenerate bus, wouldn’t it rAT?

  35. bosshoss429 Says:

    UMMP;
Have you also noticed how the media propaganda machine has been doing their best to deflect from the fact that we’re in a recession, by claiming that we aren’t in one?

As usual, DemoCommies are doing their best to piss on our shoes and tell us it’s raining, so if the GOP takes the majority in November, they can immediately blame them for the “worst recession, job losses, unemployment, etc.” EVAH!

I’m having posts disappear too, BH.

Comments are what keeps SITD going. Be a shame if that’s what kills it.
