This Is The Entire Anti-Gun Movement

All summed in one (since deleted) tweet:

I do know who needs to hear this; when someone brings a gun into a supermarket, shoot the security guard and then it doesn’t other people, and no one can lift a finger until the cops arrive, that’s not really much of an endorsement for gun control.

  1. How brave and heroic of her to write this!

I’ll bet she won’t have to pay for wine in Edina for weeks!

  2. Watts would prefer 400 cops like the “Heroes of Uvalde,” Lol.

  3. “but when a 22 year old illegally brings a loaded gun into a mall”

I cannot find anywhere that says Elisjsha Dicken was illegally carrying his hand gun in the mall.

  4. Thanks Bill ! I’m wondering if the property is posted? MN law requires any such posting to meet certain size and font requirements. Are their policy and rules declarations posted, or do you have to go to their website to read them? How many actually stop to read them? Reassuring to know the property is declared a “GUN FREE ZONE” . So comforting to know.

I may feel that Ms. Watts dribble is hardly a ringing endorsement of our implementation(?) of the First Amendment. Feelings such as they are and for what they’re worth.

  5. So let me see if I have this straight.

The left goes ballistic over abortion laws, ignores immigration laws, scoffs at drug laws, disregards laws concerning theft and crapping in public, yet they work themselves into an outrage fever when a guy fails to heed a shopping mall policy.

    Did I get that right?

    If not, help me out.

  6. Carrying a permitted pistol into a posted property is like jumping the US border. It’s a civil offense.

Take that lad to court, cunt.

  7. From what I’ve read, Indiana is now a constitutional carry state.
That means that if Dicken was found to be carrying against mall policy by someone representing mall management, he could be asked to leave, and if he did not leave, Dicken could be charged with trespassing.
    Seems fair enough to me.

  9. BN, only the proprietor of the property can take the lad to court, and he is 100% within his rights unless asked by the proprietor to leave and refuse. at least that’s how understand it. So no offense had occured, not even civil, and cunt is just a clueless cunt. And I just read MP’s comment – sounds like we are in violet agreement. I wonder how the citizenry will react to mall bringing charges against Dicken (I think they can only do that only if he refused to leave, and they did not even ask). Bring in the bulldozers?

  10. MP states, as far as I can tell, Indiana law correctly. So until he would be confronted for ignoring the postings, he was totally legal. Thank God he did ignore those postings.

And Watts? My goodness…..this is a warning of why Twitter can be dangerous.
