  1. Everybody deserves a lapdog like Cruz.

The narrative on Jan 6 has been that it’s first antifa, or patriots who love their country, maybe crisis actors, definitely false flag operatives, or now FBI agents. Take your pick. Truth is they were rioters incited by lies. As best I can tell—Epps didn’t enter the Capitol on Jan 6, and was removed from the most wanted list because apparently he broke no laws.

  2. You can’t fix the FBI. It needs to go & be replaced with another agency held politically accountable by an elected body, and with strong protections against politicization.

  3. MBerg’s Mod Bot is lit today.

Cruz didn’t even bother to call up Epps and ask him if he was an FBI informant. The Jan 6 committee should release all of these transcripts and the 14,000 hours of video footage.

It’ll heal the country with the truth.

  4. There are some problems with taking the position that the January 6 riots were instigated by the feds.
This claim echoes what #antifa and BLM say about their riots — they believe that every illegal act was committed by a local cop or instigated by a local cop. Or at least that is what they say.
If you say “that fed made me obstruct a congressional proceeding!” you have just admitted that you have obstructed a congressional proceeding.
It’s only entrapment if you’ve been led to committing a crime that you would not otherwise have committed. That is hard to prove.
I think that the real problem is the venu.
Leftists tend to riot in places where political forces, including political leadership in LE, is on their side. Conservatives who protest in DC are not going to find cops, DA’s, or jurors sympathetic to their cause. This is true even if the president, the senate, and the house are controlled by conservatives.

  5. The FBI engaged in covert operations against Martin Luther King Jr.
The FBI entrapped Randy Weaver, then shot his wife dead.
The FBI burned alive 76 people in the Branch Davidian massacre.
The FBI shot more than 300 people and every single one was deemed justified.
The FBI buried Hillary’s e-mail and classified documents violations.
The FBI used multiple spies to infiltrate Trump campaign rallies.
The FBI promoted the Russia Collusion dossier, knowing it was false.
The FBI seized Hunter Biden’s laptop, verified it, but did nothing further.
The FBI lost all Jeffrey Epstein’s videos of underage sex.
The FBI plotted to kidnap the Governor of Michigan.
The FBI raided a journalist’s residence over Ashley Biden’s diary.

These aren’t conspiracy theories, these are facts admitted by the FBI. But Progressives would have us believe the FBI did not have people infiltrate Trump’s January 6th rally. Progressives would have us believe the refusal to answer questions in Congress isn’t suspicious at all. Progressives would have us believe the FBI is as noble and courageous as the TV shows portray; therefore, we should defer to the FBI’s authority and stop asking questions about Ray Epps.

  6. Is there evidence of Epps entering the Capitol on Jan 6? I understand he did not and was removed from the most wanted list because apparently he broke no laws.

  7. Why only the FBI? Why not abolish the Fed, the Ed, the Comm, the Interior, the Unicorn and any other money looting departments of the Federal Goobernment? Turn DC back into a swamp by bulldozing all the useless goobernment buildings for the benefit of the seven toed newt so he does not go extinct. See, who says conservatives don’t care about environment?

  8. Red herring, E. The agent provocateur never commits the crime. He convinces a patsy to do it for him.

Nobody cares if Ray Epps entered a building. What we want to know is whether he incited a riot and if so, did he do it on his own or was he acting for a government agency such as the FBI? Those are the questions Congress can’t get answered and from which you’re trying to distract us.

  9. I think Joe nails it. There is a disturbing pattern of actions and omissions by the FBI in a number of areas with a common theme of “things done by Democrats slide, things done by Republicans or conservatives are punished harshly, or are even made up.”

Along those lines, I believe that the head of the FBI, Sarsour, more or less conceded that the FBI played a major role in the Capitol riot, and hence the convictions obtained by the DOJ are tainted by the refusal to provide likely exculpatory evidence. If’ I’d been Ted Cruz, I’d have said that flat out–“I’ll take your refusal to answer that question as a confession, and hence the convictions in this regard likely suppressed exculpatory evidence. You’ve got to come clean here.”

  10. Nobody cares if Ray Epps entered a building

The Emories are echoing the Adam Kinzinger (RINO-IL) argument. Except that it gives away the game.

the FBI has gone after anyone within spitting distance of the Capitol — that they haven’t gone after [Epps], and why he was initially on the FBI list but was then removed, despite no charges

There are people in that DC gulag who were not inside the building either.

    More here.

  11. JD, you forgot that the FBI also leaked information regarding Richard Jewell, who was in fact, the hero everyone thought he was until Janet “The Witch of Waco” Reno’s band of scumbags decided there was value in tossing him to the scumbag media.

The FBI is relying on a 5th Amendment protection it doesn’t have. The “Processes and Subjects” line is complete bullshit here. Answering simply “yes” or “no”, “did anyone in the employ of the FBI incite violence isn’t hard…or shouldn’t be….but they won’t.

Since they are not covered under the 5th, we are perfectly within our rights to follow our common sense and conclude the FBI (and others) had agents provocateur in place to stir up the crowd of unpermitted paraders, and very likely committed acts of violence themselves.

Anyone who takes a job with the FBI, CIA, NSA, DHS is, by definition, an enemy of the American people. It cannot be claimed they were simply “following orders”.

  12. I understand he did not and was removed from the most wanted list because apparently he broke no laws.

You understand nothing, rat. You have the intellectual acumen of a 6 year old and the insights of a nursing home resident. You’re regurgitating the papspew your ministries of propaganda are spoon feeding you…like a good NPC.

Epps is on tape, inciting a crowd to breach barricades…the fact that he slinks back, like a rat, just reinforces the fact he did his job as ordered, and moved on.

  13. ⬆️ ‘We are all born ignorant but one must work hard to remain stupid’ ~ unknown

Twat — the hardest working man in America….

  14. Short timer Adam Kinzinger (RAT-IL) said, yesterday: “The narrative on Jan 6 has been that it’s first antifa, or patriots who love their country, maybe crisis actors, def false flag operatives, or now FBI agents. Take your pick.”

Rat Emery mewled today: “The narrative on Jan 6 has been that it’s first antifa, or patriots who love their country, maybe crisis actors, def false flag operatives, or now FBI agents. Take your pick.”

I wonder if the leftist reprobates pulling the strings really want the likes of rat Emery on their side. After all, they are filthy rodents, but not necessarily stupid.

When he’s not lying outright, he’s repeating bits of nonsense he’s heard Charlie Babbitt say. He’s like “Rain Man” with the savant piece carved out…it’s beyond embarrassing.

  15. Rat Emery lied: “‘We are all born ignorant but one must work hard to remain stupid’
    ~ unknown”

    No, rat…

“We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.”
    ― Benjamin Franklin

Franklin wasn’t speaking of mental midgets though, so you’re off the hook.

Do some more tricks, rat….push the thread spool around, that’s funny.

  16. Twat — I realize you’re hard at work posting stupid — if you could share a link attaching that quote to Franklin it would help bolster your stupidity — I mean street cred ….

  17. There is a myth on the left that conservatives supported federal law enforcement until they went after Trump.
Not so. Conservatives have been skeptical of federal LE since at least Ruby Ridge.
I don’t cast the FBI, etc., as ideologues. The truth is that they pay a price if they target the Left. The media ignores FBI malfeasance when it is directed to the right.

  18. ‘Scuze me rat, did you really ask your twat personality to “post a link”?

    Really? “Post a link”?

Jfc. You give autistic NPC’s a bad name.
