It would require a team of experts and a supercomputer to find a task more wasteful of time than emailing Amy.
I’ve gotten into the habit this year of commenting on, politely and oftentimes with a question, Sen. Klobuchar’s Facebook posts when they come through on my timeline. Without fail the Lefties attack me, usually with erroneous assertions about my motives.
Recently, on a post calling for more rural broadband infrastructure and investment, I simply asked what happened to the Rural Broadband investment that was part of the Stimulus package in ’08-’09.
After Daunte Wright’s death the Senator’s page had repeated posts calling for more gun control including Red Flag laws and Universal Background Checks. I repeatedly asked how her Bill would’ve prevented what happened. At one point I even had to specify that a Universal Background Checks when purchasing or transferring a firearm wouldn’t have any effect on a police officer receiving their government issued service pistol. IIRC, that just proved that I was a White Supremacist. SMH.

Daylight Savings Time was invented by Benjamin Franklin, an old White man. The idea behind adjusting the clocks was to gain more daylight hours for farm work which, as everyone knows, was entirely done by slave labor. Thus, DST is a creation of the White Patriarchal Slaveholding society. The fact that noted racist Chimpy McBushHitler extended DST proves that systemic racism is firmly entrenched in American society.

The only fair solution is for the entire United States to adopt the same time zone, one based on the original peoples’ time, which came from the Princes of Nubia who ruled the world before White men invented slavery. From Hawaii to Maine, from Alaska to Key West, we all should set our clocks to Great Pyramid Time in the Cairo Time Zone. We’d all be out of sync with the rest of the world and would never get anything done: bonus win for the rest of the world!

Interesting link, JDM. From it I learned that if you have a GED rather than a high school diploma, or if your husband was once arrested for exposing himself, or if your campaign manager is a fan of Mike Lindell, you are not allowed to say that Democrat congressman Eric Swalwell slept with a Chinese spy named Fang Fang, even if it is true.

If we wanted to get rid of the time change and stay on standard time all year round, we could do that without approval from congress. Since bills that state we will stay on DST all year have passed both house (thank you Rep Jeremy Munson) and senate (thank you Sen. Mary Kiffmeyer) and I believe were signed by the governor, we are waiting on approval from congress. Arizona is on standard time all year. I personally would rather wait for their approval and have DST all year, since I would rather have light at 9:30pm than 4:30am in the summer.
