I have subscribed to Quillette for over a year now. They have a nice variety of articles and their mission is pretty simple:
“Quillette is a platform for free thought. We respect ideas, even dangerous ones. We also believe that free expression and the free exchange of ideas help human societies flourish and progress. Quillette aims to provide a platform for this exchange.”
Like Mitch, they rely on donations to keep the site going.

I went to a private boarding school with a lot of Peggy McIntoshes. The school recently hired a director of inclusiveness and diversity even though it’s bent over backwards for fifty years to recruit minorities. Successfully, I should add. But it’s never enough in progressive land. They’re all one misstep away from being cancelled.
