Master Of Puppets

By Mitch Berg

The New Zealand shooter said he intentionally chose his weapons to influence politics in America, hoping to start a civil war that would destroy our nation.
And right on cue . . .
Joe Doakes

When loonies around the world know that the fastest way to affect American politics is to appeal to the stupid and emotion-driven, we’re in big trouble.

As usual, something doesn’t smell right with this whole thing. This so called “manifesto” hits a lot of left wing talking points. And, as Mitch pointed out, the responses are typical of false left wing hysteria.

Curiously enough, a couple of other bloggers and podcasts that I follow, has been predicting this ever since the media started acknowledging that Mueller just wasted $3 million bucks to find nothing. The swamp is panicking as release of the FISA documents gets more likely.

  2. Emery Says:

The mail bomber mentioned Trump. The Synagogue shooter mentioned Trump. The Coast guard white supremacist mentioned Trump. The New Zealand terrorist mentioned Trump. It’s almost as if there’s some sort of pattern.

  3. bosshoss429 Says:

Emery, you indeed have a severe case of TDS.

When the left’s agenda is to get rid of Trump by any means possible, don’t you think that their operatives would mention and/or blame him? I’m also not convinced that the Coast Guard officer isn’t a false flag. In fact, some chatter on the internet, suggests that it is. There are no coincidences.

Of course, what if someone commits a crime and leaves a FB screed that mentions Emery. Does that mean anything?

Re: Mueller and the Special Counsel’s Report

Redact only those portions that affect legitimate national security interests or grand jury confidentiality, then publish it in its entirety. If it exonerates Trump, that is welcome news for the country. If, on the other hand, Mueller’s report further implicates the president and his officials in campaign wrongdoing — even short of a criminal threshold — then we deserve to learn that too. Publish the report whatever the results. The American people deserve to know the truth.

If you look at the parts of government Trump has most problems with — the FBI, courts, intelligence agencies — they all have one thing in common. They work on the basis of evidence and seek to find the truth. Trump doesn’t care about evidence or the truth — he simply has his own opinions and views. There is no way to reconcile those approaches.

Trump has become an old golf club bore. He is clearly finding it impossible to outdo his early form in offending almost everyone, and doesn’t know what to do next. The same old rants may please his base, but nobody else is paying attention, especially as his ability to actually do anything has been stunted by a Democratic house.

  5. MacArthur Wheeler Says:

Where did you cut and paste that comment from Emery?

  6. Emery Says:

Rex Tillerson’s description of Trump could equally apply to some of his supporters, including you.

Trump is the Presidential equivalent of Monty Python’s Black Knight. He’ll never know when to go.

  7. MacArthur Wheeler Says:

petty, snarky, ad hominem, that sounds more like the real you – keep up the good work Emery!

  8. Night Writer Says:

    Shorter Emery: “Squirrel!”

In future years, President Trump’s greatest legacy will be demonstrating the falsity of that statement, simply by the mere act of holding his office. Every day brings a new revelation of the depth of the swamp and the vileness of the swamp dwellers.

You can’t expect reason from a person who has embraced non-reason. It’s like trying to talk to a person who believes Jews control the weather.
Why am I unsurprised that Ocasio-Cortez rejects both thoughts and prayers?

  11. Mammuthus Primigenius Says:

A good test to determine whether or not a person suffers from TDS is whether they believe that, when Trump referred to “good people on both sides” after Charlottesville, he was including neo-Nazis & KKK.
It is a good test because Trump’s statement was imprecise. It is interesting to hear people explain why they believe that Trump meant to include neo-Nazis and the KKK.

Radio Free Europe, one can, if they choose to, read how he also has some sort of hangup about the Balkans, Cyrillic writing (as were on his guns) and so on…oh, and Breivik, took most of his inspiration from that guy.

And of course, I’m sure people know, we are already having a terrorist crisis in Netherlands today.

  13. myyellowbike Says:

Indoctrination, whether it be ISIS (with usually some background with the belief system as reflected by many recruits around the world) or the White Nationalists, Neo-Nazis… I do believe, it is on the internet. Surprising to know, these cesspools.

Nobody is going to be, generally speaking, for internet censorship…. but I highly disprove of hate-pushing websites.

Now, this about live-streaming murder on FB. I’ve got to say, something needs to be done with garbage like this.

I enjoyed how Emery points out the “shocking” news that those who kill many of their fellow man and leave political manifestos mentioning the President. This is surprising? Really?

And Emery, after all the cases where the FBI and DOJ have ignored obvious open & shut cases (Hilliary, Lerner, Fast & Furious, Epstein) while over-prosecuting to actually create crimes (Libby, Martha Stewart, half the guys Mueller has convicted or more), you can just be quiet about the claims that they’re going with evidence. It’s pretty clear that’s not the case anymore.

Evidently Dunning_Kruger has been sifting through the fake news media for juicy quotes to plagiarize again.

I know an internetter in Wisconsin that sees Trump as dubious but differing points on how they view Trump. This other guy goes in for the “racist” angle….

But anyway, it was the Bosnians who were “Muzzies”, if this means anything per Swiftee Pinochet…

  18. Mammuthus Primigenius Says:

If you look at muslim terrorism versus white supremacist terrorism, a cursory examination shows that muslim terrorism is backed by international organizations (like ISIS). There is no equivalent support network for white supremacists.

  19. Mammuthus Primigenius Says:

Look at the way that some of the right, and trump, want to attack the problem of domestic muslim extremism: reduce muslim immigration.
Look at the way the left, virtually all of the left, wants to attack the problem of white nationalism: restrict the political speech of Americans.
Can you see how one of these things is not like the other?

  20. Swiftee Pinochet Says:

MYB You are correct sir, and I stand corrected.

  21. Emery Says:

Joe Doakes wrote: “Every day brings a new revelation of the depth of the swamp and the vileness of the swamp dwellers.”

Trump got as far as he did, because white collar crime in the US is only very selectively prosecuted, and because state attorneys prefer to settle with men like him. At this point, only the DOJ has the resources and staying power to take down a billionaire, and Trump knows that, which is why he was so desperate to avoid a DOJ investigation. He always understood that his crimes would come to the light of day if investigated, because they were never well hidden.

The Trump saga really should make America think about criminal justice reform, esp. via-à-vis white collar crime. After all, Trump is only under investigation because he is a hapless and incompetent idiot, who telegraphs his intentions on Twitter. Would a more disciplined president even have been suspected of collusion and obstruction of justice? I doubt it.

Irrespective of the seemingly arcane interpretation of campaign finance laws Trump has transgressed, the President of the United States of America, a married man, bribed two women to maintain silence about his relationship with them to bolster his election chances. Then he lied about it. And now, under the weight of evidence, he acts to downplay the significance of it.

At what point does the nation question this?

  22. myyellowbike Says:

    Emery:

Everyone’s got different priorities . If we go back to 2003, one can argue we should not have gone into Iraq, we did and many people thought it was the thing to do. They might not see it that way now.

Then, in 2011(?), we withdrew forces from Iraq, well, hell, that saw ISIS take off, to me, the devil incarnate on earth.

Trump has somewhat salvaged the situation, what’s past is gone and we are in the now.

Stupendous video of a long, long, long line of ISIS fighters surrendering in Syria,
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcGE9zPB7yE&feature=youtu.be
    It has to be seen.

This was a major priority to me, there are some other things. The Democrats foreign policy was an absolute disaster. We have to be more responsible international.

An investigation of 2 years has just concluded and appears to have nothing on Trump, yet, you are talking about white collar crime? Man, give me a break.

Trump’s doing just a whole lot of stuff I approve of.

What you are saying sounds a bit like what I’d hear on Air America, Tom Hartmann and so on. Power to your freedom of speech to say it. I just don’t see it.

  23. Mammuthus Primigenius Says:

Emery thinks that trump was a low profile target for feds and state investigators.
Yep, Trump was keeping a low profile. That’s why he had his name plastered across buildings he didn’t own, and starred in a television show.
Emery is insane. There is nothing like reason behind his comments. It’s all hatred.

  24. Joe Doakes Says:

“Would a more disciplined president even have been suspected of collusion and obstruction of justice?”

Hillary was going to win. Everybody knew it. The Republicans knew it. The media knew it. Foreigners knew it. Everybody was lining up to genuflect at the throne, to be seen with The Queen. And the way to get in line is to make a large donation to the Clinton Foundation for Haiti Relief.

And then she lost. Wait, what? She what? She lost? What. The. F***? How is that possible? It’s not possible. She couldn’t have lost the election. She certainly couldn’t have lost to THAT moron. It’s gotta be a mistake. Call the lawyers, we’ll win the recount like we did for Al Franken. Wait – she lost which states? By how much? Impossible. Unthinkable. Inconceivable!

She’s spent a lifetime working for this election. Everything was greased, everybody was in the bag. She could not have lost to him, he must have stolen it from her. He cheated. He had help from someone. The Russians. The Russians hacked into the voting machines and changed the vote totals. No? Well, then the Russians must have helped him some other way, but they definitely helped him. No way he could have beaten her on his own. He colluded with the Russians and it’s just a matter of figuring out how they did it.
So appoint a Special Investigator with unlimited staff and funds to dig into the election and find the collusion.

Not finding anything? Why not? What do you mean, “nothing to find?” There’s got to be something, there must be, because he stole the election from her – how else did he win? Did you question him? Oh, he didn’t cooperate? Obstruction! Of course he’s stonewalling, just like Nixon, covering up his crimes. That’s why there’s no evidence – he’s hiding it.

So here we are, two years into a massive investigation into Russian collusion with Trump to steal the election and nothing to show for it. The only conclusion a fair-minded person could reach is that voters hated Hillary so much they’d rather vote for an orange-haired baboon, than vote for her. She lost fair and square.

And now that it’s becoming undeniable, Hillary-bots are acting like the computer in a cheap sci-fi movie. “ERROR. ERROR. That does not compute,” as the smoke trickles out of the control panel.

This is what happens to people when they are forced to confront the fact that they have given their heart and soul to a lie, that everything they believed was false, that they’ve been wrong all along.

President Trump was not suspected of collusion and obstruction because he is undisciplined, but because he did the unthinkable, the unbelievable, the inconceivable. He beat Hillary fair and square. And that’s unforgivable.

  25. bosshoss429 Says:

And…it’s Joe Doakes for the win!

By the way, Emery. It has been verified that a. Computers at the DNC were hacked, most likely compromising every elected Democrat to black mail and/or committing treason, b. Debbie dumb ass Schultz trusted a Pakistani con man and his family to manage that server(s), which exacerbated the problem and c. Barackus Obamanus knew about the hacks and attempted meddling in our election process, yet did NOTHING. And you think Trump is incompetent and corrupt?

  26. bikebubba Says:

Emery, before you blame “lack of prosecution of white collar crime” for Trump’s success, maybe….some evidence? Seems to me that the DOJ under Obama was very active in doing this, really to the point of ginning up cases where they repeatedly got slapped down in court. (see “Preet Bharara” as a particularly noxious example)
