Robot Officer Down!

Photocop is DOA:

Drivers in Minneapolis won’t need to worry about smiling — or grimacing — for the cameras again any time soon.

The state Supreme Court agreed Thursday with the lower courts that the city’s so-called PhotoCop cameras at a dozen intersections are preempted by state law and therefore illegal.

Wave bye bye!

    A victory. Certain individuals may have gotten their undies in a bundle over the NSA wiretapping, but this was REAL Big Brother stuff.

    I heard on the radio that the Boy Mayor is going to go crying and whining to the legislature to CHANGE the laws that make the robot revenue gatherer unconstitutional. I bet every metro area legislator will have no problem voting for that.
