And still waiting for some good examples of the misuse of a legally carried semi-auto rifle.
And it’s been said before, and it needs to be said again; “Moms Demand Action” sounds like the name of a really bad porn flick.

The streets are running with rhetoric, but not blood.

Are we sure that meme is correct?
Minn. Stat. 624.7181 says it’s illegal to carry a rifle in a public place unless it’s unloaded, in a case, but goes on to make an exception for people who have a permit under 624.714, which is the permit-to-carry statute.
But the permit-to-carry statute only covers pistols. It doesn’t authorize carrying long guns. Could the meme be another case of leftists distorting the facts for fearmongering and fundraising?
I’m not convinced open carry of an uncased long gun in downtown Minneapolis is legal. Somebody try it and let me know how the cops react. Paging David Gross.

It does in fact cover carry of long guns. Open or concealed.
Which is not to say it’s always advisable, or that the cop you run into will know the law.

It subtly does, according to what I’ve seen. I’m still noting that beyond the question of whether it’s legal is whether it’s advisable from a tactical point of view. Unless you’re actually in combat, wearing your assault rifle is functionally equivalent to wearing a target on your back while making every situation you’re in a life or death case. No, thank you.
