Vegan cafe owners – “feminists”, natch – charge men an 18% penalty, seat them after women.
Owner Alex O’Brien told Broadsheet website: “I do want people to think about it, because we’ve had this (pay discrepancy) for decades and decades and we’re bringing it to the forefront of people’s minds.
I’ve thought about it, Ms. O’Brien, The “pay discrepancy” is almost entirely a matter of personal choices, and you’re an idiot.
But I support Ms. O’Brien’s right to operate her business and property exactly the way she wants to. Which makes me wonder – if someone tried this in the US (it’s in Melbourne, Australia), would public accomodation laws apply? The way they do for people who don’t want to serve gay weddings?

But not all men earn the same. Asian unemployment in the UK is higher than native Whites so their earning is lower (British for Northwest Asians – Pakistanis and Afghans). Asians should pay less. The vegan restaurant’s pricing policy has a disparate impact on racial minorities and therefore is discriminatory. There being no sound business reason for it, this clearly falls under the heading of “hate crime.”

Vegan restaurant penalizes the guys who will, or will not, be taking their dates there. One would think that a vegan restaurant would be well enough aware of the difficulty of getting men to try vegan food to figure out this is a boneheaded idea, but apparently the lack of vitamin B12 in the diet is having some negative effects on their thinking abilities.

A feminist who runs a vegan restaurant likely cares more about her progressive “moral standards”, than she does turning a profit. Therefore, if charging men more, means less men patronize her establishment, that’s a feature, not a bug.

He’s holding out for “success” with one of these gals, good luck with that!! Likely they’ll all end up with loose bowels for the lack of B-12! Cash poor and a soar butt is a likely outcome this guy.
