So… Daudt wants to adhere to the constitution regarding Dayton’s line item veto and ignore the constitution on the pay raises. Dayton was wrong and Daudt is wrong.

It’ll be tough for the Judicial branch to side with Dayton, knowing full well what siding with Dayton could do for their funding the next time a governor gets upset with one of their rulings.
