At 1AM this morning, I35 northbound in Duluth is jammed with cars heading from Kenwood, Crocus Hill and Edina to Canada.
I’ve been up front about my ambivalence about Donald Trump. I cordially disliked him back when most liberals were watching The Apprentice faithfully.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police erecting a wall along the British Columbian border with Washington State, to head off a wave of refugees from California. Word has it Justin Trudeau intends to send the bill to Jerry Brown.
But I do suppose legislation making “If [something I don’t want to happen happens] I’m moving to Canada” a legally binding contract.
All else being equal, Obamacare cost Hillary and the Dems control of senate, the house, and now the presidency.
Recriminations are in order not just for Hillary, but for Obama and his crowd as well. If he’d focused his attention on the economy instead of this ramshackle socialized medicine project, Hillary would have been elected yesterday.
But making people prosper is not as much fun as controlling their lives.
Well fellow Patriots, we got a big portion of the job done. Now, we need to capitalize on the momentum and turn our legislature red. It’s highly unlikely, but it can be done.
On another note, I have watched the replay of Rachel Madcow’s meltdown over the likely Trump win on MSNBC last night, with much delight. Couldn’t get it to copy and paste for some reason. Of course, since I installed the latest OS on this freaking iPhone, a whole lot of stuff has been discombobulated.
Wait! Can it be?! The KTLK boys are trumpeting (no pun intended) that we took the whole damn thing in our state legislature.
Isn’t there some way to make those big mouthed reprobates keep their promise, this time?
And why is it, do you think, that stinking leftist celebrities always threaten to move to Canada…what’s wrong with Mexico, you fucking racists?
