Yeah, I had a little snark in that discussion. It’s funny how liberals get upset that conservative consumers actually have the power to enforce boycotts on things they care about, while liberals rarely do. They seem to not understand that they aren’t as big a force as they think they are, with Hobby Lobby, Chick-fil-A. and S&W being prime examples. (Although since S&W essentially only sold to consumers who were highly motivated already it certainly helped the S&W boycott.)
BI is horribly, horribly liberal, run by a disgraced inside trader, and with editors who make Krugman look conservative. I’ve been banned there several times for espousing a conservative outlook on politics, but they always seem to relent in discussions on technology.
