Scalia will be sorely missed. I’ve reading the pointy-headed liberal reaction on Ars Technica (a reliably leftist tech site) to some of Scalia’s actual decisions. They couldn’t believe what he actually said supported so much personal freedom — they were too blinded by MSM/Democrats-with-byline propaganda.

What if the FBI gave the phone to Apple, asked then to get the information off of it, and then allowed Apple to melt the phone and the development computer down into slag.
I don’t think the FBI is willing to do that, hand over custody of the phone.
