Pretty funny!
Growing up in Bloomington, we had a classic high school sports rivalry with Edina. Back then, there were two high schools, Edina East and Edina West, with West being the bigger power house of athletic talent.

One other note.
When we moved back to MN from TX, our realtor kept pushing us to buy something in Edina, despite our repeated objections.
In desperation, my wife finally told him that she absolutely would not live there, because peer pressure requires women to bleach their hair blonde. Hence, we live in Bloomington.

I’ve got to admit that though I’ve never lived in Edina, I like shopping there. It’s one place where you can walk into a menswear store and say “17 1/2 36-37 fitted” and not have them laugh at you or give you a blank stare. And Centennial Lakes is great for skating….bummer that the Macaroni Grill closed! (as well as Hot Wok a few years ago)
When I moved to the state, though, the realtor simply noted that you’ll get a lot more for your money somewhere else. So we lived in Chaska.
