Sounds like a good plan no minor bills are signed until the legislature complete a few big things first. Should be the plan here in MN as well for far to many years both parties have failed to complete the important tasks in a timely fashion. Get important work done first then you can worry about what kind of garbage bags are acceptable for yard waste.
