I’m surprised somewhat that the level of bute is so low. Generally you have to give it to older horses, so it’s a bit surprising that the rate is only 1%.
Read the article. It’s funny in the usual way: Labour is complaining about a lack of inspections and calling for throwing more money at the “problem” rather than looking to punish those who perpetrated the fraud.
