If they’re in Miami, and it looks like some of the immigrants are black, I’m guessing they might be coming from Cuba–and that hidden down in the bowels of the boat is someone from Miami who owns it. I’m guessing from the color that it’s older, too–haven’t seen too much of that color gel-coat lately, to put it mildly.
If I’m right, I’m surprised that the Coast Guard didn’t catch them. Cubans, due to their history with the Castros, tend to be one Hispanic group that often votes Republican.
