Marias

For those of you who thought Stalin had been dead for over sixty years?  His spirit lives on in this video by anti gun zealot whackdoodle Rejina Sincic – which urges kids to steal their parents’ guns and give them to their teachers.

Leave aside the Orwellian appeal to kids to spy on their parents for the “babadthink” of own ing firearms in the home; she’s also asking kids to commit not a few crimes.

In Minnesota, as far as I understand the law, the kid is…:

  • Stealing private property – although their parents might not press charges, it’s pretty much felony larceny; that’s not an inexpensive pistol.
  • A minor carrying a handgun – at least a misdemeanor, depending on the state.
  • Carrying a concealed handgun outside the house without a permit – a misdemeanor or felony, depending on the state.
  • Carrying a handgun onto school property – a big-time felony.
In a more restrictive state?  If the teacher and other staff didn’t react appropriately (call the police without touching the firearm, have the entire school locked down and sealed off until HazMat teams can arrive), they could well be charged with a crime or two, themselves, ignorance of the law notwithstanding.

Am I missing anything?

Ms. Sincic’s Twitter Feed (@QueenSincic) is predictably trite about the issues that, I’m sure, Ms. Sincic doesn’t know she’s raised.

So if you go to Twitter, please, I beg of you – urge Ms. Sincic to appear on the NARN with me on January 4.

Another million-dollar opportunity: firearms removal service.

“Hey, kids. Are there guns in your house? Want to get rid of them? Call 1-800-JOE-DOAKES. I’ll send a Trusted Agent right over to retrieve the guns and safely transport them away, all at NO CHARGE TO YOU. And if you call before midnight tonight, I’ll give you a great lawn sign to let everyone know “There Are No Guns In This House.” Be a hero: call today.”

I’ll never pay for a firearm again. Gun safes, yet. Firearms, no.

Joe you’re wasting your talent working that day job.

Watch the BATFE visit Joe after he picks up the first few hundred weapons for not getting his federal license to sell firearms in bulk. :^)

Seriously, I would have hoped that gun control advocates would at least choose tactics that wouldn’t be obvious ways to get people in jail, injured, and killed, but apparently I am too generous too them. And yes, I am excluding here the obvious fact that when law-abiding people are disarmed, only criminals will have guns.

  4. Cesaire Flebotomo Says:

ship the guns to a warehouse in Matamoros, the BATFE will never suspect a thing

Mitch, you forgot expulsion due to Zero Tolerance Weapons Policy. Try getting into a good college with that on your permanent record.

Even if you disregard all the crimes the kid in the video committed, why is it the kids place to decide what their parents can and can not have? Appealing to kids to ‘get rid of guns’ only shows the utter failure of convincing any reasonable adult of the gun control movements argument.
“We tried scaring adults into giving up their guns, but that didn’t work. I bet it would be easier to scare kids into doing our dirty work.”
Like the comment above says, given how draconian our current no-tolerance policies are, that kid would have been expelled at the very minimum. How can you value your politics over a child’s education? I mean come on. Won’t someone please think of the children?

  7. golfdoc50 Says:

Pleased to see that the kid had more firearms safety training than Rick Nolan. I know, that’s setting the bar pretty low.

    Mitch:

I assume the kid will have the book thrown at him since no teacher can stand for a gun to show up at a school.

Did you forget based on how he handle the gun he might have gotten someone hurt.
