I would add that it appears pretty well established at this point that alcohol was involved, and that he was not wearing his seatbelt.
If that report holds up as factual, then we can only be grateful that no one else was injured. His poor family has been through so much; my heart goes out to them, in sympathy, as they would for anyone badly injured.
It does appear to be his own decisions that have caused his troubles, which doesn’t make them any less difficult for him or for those who are impacted by them.
I always thought that his sacking following the fling with Koch was plain horse crap. A private affair between consenting adults, why should it be a public concern. I wish Michael a speedy and complete recovery. Any legal issues will get sorted out later.

He may well have been but you might notice that the cops are reserving judgement until the test results come back and you should do the same.

And, even if they are guilty, their pure white political views absolves them of even the most heinous deeds.
