    Looks like Betty hasn’t updated her bio for a year.
    Not positively sure how it works in Congress, but in most state Legislatures, the “pro tem” duties get rotated through all members. So everyone can have the photo op of them swinging the gavel to show the rubes back home. Of course, if anything important comes up, the real speaker takes over.

    I know, we can get the unions to march on Congress demanding his removal. We know where those Rethuglicans live.”
