   No you don’t, Mitch. But as someone whose loan they bought, you aren’t missing much. I’m tired of all the calls and letters trying to get me to refinance, take money out, etc. It’s gotten to the point that I groan at yet another mailing from them; the mortgage is on autopay, so I never get anything from them unless it’s crap and because we have a “prior business relationship” they can ignore the do-not-call listing.

   However, if you ask to be removed from the list, they must comply regardless of the ‘prior business relationship” It works, and my spam phone calls have been at a trickle for some time now. When my phone rings now it is usually only one of about 5 people, Mitch being one of them. And I have him on a special ring so don’t always answer *laughing* Sheist, now he knows my secret *grin*
