Good post! An aside: I wonder what Dr. Donald Berwick (Obama’s pick to run Medicare Services) would say to David Crosby if he needed a second liver transplant? Berwick is the guy who can’t say enough nice things about rationing health care in Great Britain. I take that to mean Hepatitis C infected rock stars just might have to wait at the end of the line.
