It was just another day in the suburbs of Toronto, where gun control has solved all street crime:
I’d say “the prosecutor most likely charged the cameraman for photographing a license plate”, but I don’t want to give Mary Moriarty any ideas.

What culture is this? Feral! and it should be treated as such.
Sadly that won’t happen.
The goths have crossed the Danube(Rio Grand) and we have our Battle of Adrianople out there waiting on the near horizon.

Interesting how threatening behavior is so freely shared by these ambassadors of diversity. Almost as if they don’t fear any consequences.

Let’s analyze under Minnesota self-defense law even though it did not occur in our jurisdiction
Victim did not initiate conflict. Unknown, not sure why the assailant pulled the u-turn and got out with a knife. Provoked?
Imminent danger of great bodily harm. Yes. The knife counts for that.
reasonable belief. Yep,we can see the knife in his hand, that’s good enough.
no means to retreat. plainly not, since the cameraman actually did retreat as the knife-wielding assailant continued to advance. Assuming the cameraman was the driver of the car following the knife-wielder, the victim could have gotten back ain his car and driven away. He has a duty to retreat. Had he shot the knife wielder, instant prison under our stupid law.
Never a cop when you need one which is why we need stand your ground legislation in Minnesota
