The Five Stages Of Progressive Arrogance

Elizabeth Kübler-Ross popularized the notion of the Stages of Grief.
I’m going to need to do one for “progressive” approaches to an issue.
Let’s take a whack at it.
- Panic: Declare that something is a crucial issue that is going to cause massive, seismic change.
- Ignore those who dissent.
- Mock the dissenters
- Attack, mock and deplatform dissenters.
- And, when at long last you are proven wrong, Clalm you knew it all along.
As re Covid shutdowns, they just got to step 5:
Perhaps by way of starting over.
Perhaps it’s time for a truth and reconciliation commission.

The Feds and DemoCommie run states, let their benefactors in the Teacher’s Union dictate school attendance policies. Consequently, 99% of the teachers got close to two years of paid vacation and their remote classes were not sufficient. They had no expenses for gas or wardrobe. But hey, according to those frauds, it’s all about the kids.

My brother died in May 2020. We could not have a funeral – gathering for religious worship was banned by Governor Walz. It was SCIENCE, you see, battling the deadliest virus ever known which would kill tens of thousands if he didn’t suspend the Constitution.

Public colleges and community colleges serve the most marginal students, the students, for example, may be the first in their family to attend college.

BH, the effort my cousin and his wife put into their kids education and upbringing would astound you, as it does me. The 2 oldest are in the college of their choice. All of them are proof against leftist rot, and will be forces to be reckoned with, trust me.
My family is blessed BH, and we show our appreciation enthusiastically. We luxuriate in our White privilege; we bask and frolic in it, wear it like wreaths of Laurel, toss it in the air and let it settle on our shoulders like fragrant rose petals.
