Last evening, my family and I watched “A Christmas Story Christmas”, in which Ralphie is now a parent. It follows the narrative of the original and it is funny.

I’m a Die Hard true believer but I’ll also accept Cast Away.

As much as I like Die Hard
my all time favorite is The Lion In Winter
any movie that starts with a guy letting his wife out of prison so they can spend the holidays together….

I would also like to add “A Christmas Carol”, the 1938, 1951 and 1984 versions. George C.Scott was masterful in his portrayal of Scrooge.

Twin Peaks _Firewalk With Me_. Lot’s of pine trees. And the log lady is clearly a reference to the Madonna and the Christ Child.

Speaking of Christmas grifts:
Congress: “Here’s another $65 billion to defend
buttsex, trans, child trafficking and money launderingDemocracy™”Zelensky: “Thanks for the BJ, c*ckbreath, but it’s not enough”

I bet Putin just turns green with envy when he watches 75IQ South American Indians march across our borders on foot.

It’s an incredibly good value for the money — especially compared to the countless trillions poured into the pointless Iraq & Afghanistan wars — to utterly humiliate one of the US’s two major military rivals with just 5% of one year’s defense spending.
Somebody was just trying to convince me yesterday that Biden wasn’t a good friend to Ukraine, but that the Trumps weren’t pro-Putin traitors.
But then Donald Trump Junior obligingly steps in and destroyed that completely. The gall — Zelensky watches his fellow countrymen mass-murdered, mass-tortured, and mass-raped all year. He has the chance to save his own skin and escapes, but he refuses, saying, “I need ammunition, not a ride,” even though Putin sends assassination squads to Kyiv to try to murder him, and even though Putin sends so many bombs and missiles to Ukraine that he almost runs out of cruise missiles entirely.
But Donald Trump, Junior, who is only rich because his daddy was rich (and Trump Senior is only rich because HIS daddy was rich and gifted him dozens of millions of dollars), he’s here to try to smear President Zelensky as the President braves 10 months and counting in a war zone. Disgusting.
Yeah, those Trumps: real friends to the Ukrainian people. The Trumps, Gaetz, Greene, and their ilk are the worst of America. May they never have to go through the grueling year Zelensky and his countrymen has been through. I’m glad their traitor caucus isn’t even but one-quarter of the Republican congresspeople and senators. Most of Trump’s favorite candidates who he endorsed went down to defeat last month, thank God. Ukraine needn’t worry — Israel, South Korea, and Japan, the US will be arming them for many decades to come, after this mass-murdering KGB thug Putin is long gone.

rAT sputtered: ‘It’s an incredibly good value for the money”
Yeah, I’m sure you get twice that for your 😛services, rAT. You have to, to maintain your lavish, freewheeling lifestyle, right?

since this is no longer a thread about christmas movies
democrats cannot admit they stole the last two elections to ensure liberals won because even mushy moderates in the middle would find that offensive, possibly enough to cost them an insurmountable number of votes in 2024
rinos cannot admit they let democrats steal the last two elections to ensure conservatives lost for the same reason
neither party cannot admit they are laundering money to themselves and their constituents under the pretense of saving the world from russia for the same reason
tuxedo republicans cannot admit voting harder is pointless because that leaves only civil war which is messy and interferes with classy parties
its all lies from top to bottom and everyone knows it but nobody will admit it
if i have to live in a banana republic it might as well be someplace warm i wonder how hard it is to sneak into mexico

^ It’s real EZ, big guy. You don’t even have to sneak it. And lots of ‘mericans have done and are doing it.

Big John mentioned election fraud.
If you want to win elections, stop nominating clown car candidates.
Kari Lake Will Present Election Fraud Claims in an Arizona County Court ~ WSJ
There should be fines and punishments for election deniers who monopolize and waste governments’ resources to investigate election lies and frauds. Every bogus case found without merit should get a bill attached to wages, tax refunds, Social Security, pensions, etc. Also, funding through campaign accounts should be prohibited. The election is over. This costs should all be on the candidates’ personal assets to fund. If laws allow campaign accounts to pay for these frauds the laws need to change immediately.

Excuse me dickhead. The asterisk indicates a footnote; your parens are redundant, and misplaced.
Will you and your entourage caroling along Broadway this year? It would show the BIPOC how much you care 💜

“This [sic} costs should all be on the candidates’ personal assets to fund.”
jfc… at lest the shit you plagiarize is usually spelled correctly and has proper grammar.
You and your entourage going to go caroling along W. Broadway next week, rAT? Maybe bring some mulled Colt45? Show the BIPOC community how much you care.
