If housing is a fundamental human right, then Evicting a tenant is depriving them of their human rights under color of law. Isn’t that a violation of the Human Rights Act that entitles the victim to attorneys’ fees? Some enterprising attorney should start putting up billboards: “Evicted? Call us to get rich.”
