   Pictures like this make me want to be a lefty with their unending faith in the superiority of all things Euro. What with hot chicks in push-up bras downing a liter and a half of high alcohol content beer in a gulp – even the low level corruptocrat who takes the blame for screwing up Cash for Clunkers could get laid over there.

   Of course Old_Buddy, the chick at the Renaissance Festival has a 1.5l stein of some awful ‘historic’ home brew in one hand, a turkey leg in the other and a neck tattoo – not so appealing. As for the swordfighting – toilet play should stay in the rest room.

   Seflores,

   1) When it comes to beer, “underage” is a very different thing in Europe.

   2) Oktoberfest is south-German thing – and that’s the heart of what passes for “conservatism” in Germany.

   3) I still think it’s Elisha Cuthbert, dressed up for a role in a remake of “Heidi”.
