   You know, Mitch, maybe you should run for public office. There are two paths:

   get involved in local politics, learn how the system works, network with party leaders, pay your dues to the party doing doorknocking and envelope stuffing, eventually work your way up to higher office, develop your political skills and competencies at the lower level office preparing for even higher office;

   or

   get your face on local television a lot, perhaps as professional wrestler, comedian, or newscaster. Then you won’t need education, experience, or skill in governance, you just win and then do whatever you want.

   Sums up the first 6 months of the Obama regime pretty well.
