I wonder how much of this “report” can be taken at face value. I’ve noticed an increasing trend in the comments section of the blogs that I follow where lefty commenters have been repeating the same line about Republicans only controlling the House because of “gerrymandered districts.” We’ve seen efforts on their part to do what appears to an attempt to delegitimize the courts preemptively when they fear that the administration will lose a major case and I’m wondering if this “report” is really a push poll designed to try to whip up voters against the Republican-controlled House or at least try to further delegitimize any opposition to their agenda.
