   Sounds as if it came right out of Jeff Dunham’s “Achmed the Dead Terrorist” routine. When he asks Achmed how he died, Achmed says he was blown up at their terrorism training school, and adds the comment: “F’n new guy!”

   So who is the more incompetent terrorist? This guy who blows up the terrorist school, or BIlly Ayres who couldn’t build a device that actually explodes?
