When was the last time any of our city council members laid out the pros and cons of anything? If they want something, it’s all pros and the cons are if we don’t do it. If they don’t want it, it’s all cons. This post is from a council member of my home town. I wish I would see more of this type of pro/con on so many things our city wants to do-

I remember this sort of discussion among city council reps when I lived in a much smaller place, where the council had to interact with people when they went out on the street after the meeting.
When was the last time the Twin Cities had a council like that?
