In-state college tuition is $6,300.  The “Bright Futures Scholarship”  program brings down the cost further, for good students. 

And the state does this with a balanced budget and NO personal income tax and NO snow days. 

The laboratory of democracy has spoken.  Minnesota parents, are you listening?

They sure are.  More Minnesota college kids leave the state than go in-state.
