This is the same guy who banned religious worship. Look back at his Orders. The first ban was total. No religious gatherings. The ban was relaxed incrementally over months.
I know a family who lost a loved one during the ban. They couldn’t have a funeral. Even the first relaxation didn’t help – the 10 person limit meant only the minister, parents on both sides, and a few of the kids would have been able to attend.
The Pilgrims came to this country seeking religious freedom. It’s the number one liberty in the Bill of Rights. No tyrant in American history – not even Abraham Lincoln at the height of the Civil War – ever dared to completely ban worship services, until Tampon Timmy did.
And he’s bitching about the price of Chinese dolls?

You know what I’d like? I’d like to see a list of things we were confidently assured were true but turned out to be untrue, exactly as we insisted. I’d bet a brand-new nickel that SITD readers are on the correct side of the vast majority of them.
The virus will kill 50,000 Minnesotans, and that’s the low number, if we adopt a strict lockdown. Otherwise, it’ll be worse.
