Laws are for law abiding folks. Laws do not exist for degenerates in MN, MA and other America-hating states.

  2. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

So add “drunk driver” to the list of Minnesota sanctuary state?

  3. bikebubba Says:

I’m looking, and I’m not seeing misdemeanor drunken driving as one of the deportable offenses. Maybe it should be–this particular young Turk was arrested at .20 BAC, and we’re lucky that he didn’t hurt or kill himself or someone else–but I’m not yet seeing clear evidence that it is.

Fully in support of of deporting visa holders and illegals alike who have committed felony crimes of violence, drug crimes, and the like. I’m just not quite sure we ought to be going after misdemeanors like this.
