Democrats lately have had a lot of fun hopping up and down on the fact that there are no 300 year-old people giving Social Security checks; it’s just a database problem.
As if learning that the fact that our government data is that sloppy is all that much more reassuring.
All of that, notwithstanding, I fully expect the Democrats to keep trying to focus on that, to deflect away from this

In the olden days, the mob made money from union featherbedding and no show jobs, which they used to pay crooked (Democrat) politicians to look the other way.

It’d be nice with something a bit more conclusive than this hand-waving aside. I checked at Epoch Times and there is as yet no conclusion to the SSA “database problem”.

Ever notice those colorful tents that decorate our parks and underpasses? I absolutely guarantee that every inhabitant therein receives a monthly SSI check.
Who cashes those checks?
What caring empathetic NGO is pocketing all that cash or at least scraping some of it off for “administrative overhead”?
