   Since we have an open thread, anyone want to speculate as to why Abortion Barbie chose not to run for re-election?

   My guess is that she got bored being Chuck Schumer’s sock puppet and trembled at the prospect of begging the Daytons for the money to continue in that role.

   Tough to say, Greg. Maybe her career track/ego couldn’t handle being junior senator behind Ms “Do-Nothing/My Dad Was A Popular StarTribune Columnist”. Maybe she saw the writing on the wall, that AK is a made (wo)man. She’ll leave office feet first.

   Maybe she got an in at some high-paying NGO or corporate board seat to push abortionreproductive rights policy/legislation.

   Notice how often Ms. Hair-in-her-eyes appears on camera? It is not just coincidence. Probably has something to do with Ken Martin being elevated to Mr. I’ll-do-whatever-the-bosses-say. A perfect fit for AK.

   As for Abortion Barbie, of course she will reappear at the helm of an NGO.

   Hopefully, one that is fully-funded by the taxpayers.
