A First

By Mitch Berg

Today, for the first time in history, I can say “I’m looking forward to watching the first day of the new Legislative session”.   As in, watching the livestream to see the fireworks or even better lack of them as the DFL takes their toys and flees.

Since Melissa Hortmans stunts…

…appear to be landing like the concept of “Vice President Walz”, and she doesn’t dare back down now, I have to figure she’s gotta find some way to double down and to avoid losing face.

And I have a hunch “losing face” is the most charitable interpretation; I have a hunch the DFL’s panic has more to do with “GOP control of committees and the power to hold public hearings when they start investigating DFL fraud” than quora.

Anyway – I’ll be tuning in.

I keep hearing “baal”, “losing face”, but who is going to do anything about this unconstitutional and illegal insurrection? This is just like PA clerk keeping counting votes after PA Supreme Court told her to stop – because laws are ignored and are not enforced. Anyone care to bet swearing-in will be deemed legitimate and it will be business as usual? What is RNC going to do? Cry? Stomp their feet? Sue? Will any judge take up the case? As we all know – if case is not tried, the crime did not happen; and conversely, if no crime was committed and there are no victims, if trial took place, the person is guilty. Welkome to Amerika! While there is hope for America, at least for next four years, there is no hope for MN since SOTU will not interfere. I’ll be following this closely to see if I am right.

    Deep breath, JPA.

A Democrat appointed as judge by a Democrat Governor from a list of Democrat applicants recommended by a panel of Democrats appointed to the Judicial Selection Board by a Democrat Governor, just ruled that a Democrat candidate who didn’t live in his district was ineligible and must not be seated.

    Sometimes miracles really do happen.
